Join us April 25-26, 2024, for Oregon’s first Nurse Practice Transitions Conference in Springfield, Oregon, as we build pathways to nursing career excellence in Oregon.

From transition to practice programs and nurse residencies to mentorship models and preceptor training programs, the first annual Oregon Nursing Practice Transitions Conference explores the pathway through a nurse’s career at every stage.

This two-day event brings together nursing professionals, educators, and leaders from across the state for an exchange of diverse strategies and innovative approaches to setting both new nurses and seasoned professionals up for success at each career transition. Why attend?

  • Education: Presentations on key areas of transition to practice in diverse healthcare settings, facilitated discussions to learn from your peers, and continuing education credit for your attendance and participation.
  • Networking: Meet fellow nurse leaders and educators from across the Pacific Northwest.

Our program content is guided by the abstracts submitted, with an official agenda to follow. Abstract submissions closed on Friday, January 19, and are currently in review with the Conference Planning and Selection Committee.

This event offers continuing education (CE) credits. Additional information will be provided when registration opens.
